Q. I can't make it to the scheduled time for my festival competition. What do I do?
A. Unfortunately, we're not able to make changes to the festival program once it's been released. If you have conflicts with the festival dates that are listed, be sure to think carefully about if registering in the festival will make sense for you. We don't provide refunds for any reason after the close of registration.
If you're not able to make your scheduled time because of a conflicting festival class (e.g., you're scheduled for a class in Convo at 2 pm but need to be in Room 1004 at 2:10,) we will rearrange things to suit. Just contact the festival as soon as possible to let us know about the conflict.
Q. I'm not able to compete in the festival this year (I broke my finger; I'm sick; I will be out of town). Am I eligible for a refund?
A. The Saskatoon Music Festival Committee does not refund any fees for any reason after the close of registration.
Q. Oops - I made a mistake on my registration! Can I edit it?
A. You're able to edit your own entries through Music Festival Suite up until the registration close date (January 20 in 2024). After this date, if you notice an edit that needs to be made, please contact the festival as soon as possible so we can update it. If this change requires an additional payment or refund (e.g., you registered in a 16 and under class for $27 but need to move your entry to a 17 and under class for $35 (or vice versa!)), we'll be in touch with you to receive the additional payment or to refund the excess.
Q. Can I pay my entry fees with a credit or debit card?
A. Our registration program, Music Festival Suite, works with PayPal to process online payments - meaning you can use any payment type currently tied to your PayPal account to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can check out as a guest.
